Welcome to O.N. Point Pressure Washing. By scheduling, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

O.N. Point Pressure Washing offers residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to: house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, parking lot cleaning, dumpster pad cleaning, fleet washing, and commercial window cleaning.

All services are performed using industry-standard equipment, eco-friendly solutions when applicable, and methods chosen at the discretion of our trained technicians.

2. Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due in full at the time of service completion, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
• O.N. Point reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to water and electricity if needed.
• Remove vehicles, furniture, and personal items from work areas.
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, or areas of concern prior to service.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor surface integrity, or items left in the work area.

5. Service Limitations

• We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, including but not limited to rust, oil, and deeply embedded organic matter.
• Some surfaces may not be safe for pressure washing. In these cases, we may use soft washing or decline service to avoid damage.
• Results may vary depending on surface age, material, and condition.

6. Liability & Warranty

• While we take every precaution to protect your property, O.N. Point Pressure Washing is not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installations, loose materials, or natural wear and tear.
• We do not provide warranties unless expressly stated in writing.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Commercial Clients

For commercial contracts, additional terms may apply, including service frequency, invoicing arrangements, and liability requirements.

8. Safety

Our team follows strict safety protocols. However, for your protection and ours, we request that pets, children, and non-essential persons remain away from the service area during cleaning.

9. Use of Website & Content

All text, images, and content on our website are owned by O.N. Point Pressure Washing and may not be reproduced without written consent.

10. SMS Messaging Terms

10.1 Program Description

O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC may send text messages to customers who have expressly agreed to receive SMS communications from us.

The O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC SMS program is limited to transactional and service-related communications concerning:

• The preparation or delivery of a service estimate
• The preparation or delivery of an invoice
• Confirmation that an invoice payment has been received
• Information reasonably necessary to complete or respond to the applicable estimate, invoice, or payment transaction

We do not use this SMS program to send marketing, advertising, promotional offers, or third-party solicitations.

10.2 Consent to Receive Text Messages

Customers receive text messages from O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC only after providing direct and voluntary consent to O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC.

Consent may be provided:

• Verbally during a telephone conversation with an O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC representative;
• Verbally during an in-person interaction with an O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC representative; or
• By affirmatively selecting or signing a separate SMS consent disclosure presented with an estimate or other customer document.

When verbal consent is requested, the customer is informed that O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC will send transactional text messages concerning estimates, invoices, and payment confirmations; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; and the customer may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

When written or electronic consent is requested, the SMS disclosure is presented separately from any required acceptance of an estimate, service agreement, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of requesting an estimate, purchasing services, accepting an estimate, or making a payment. A customer may decline SMS consent and still receive services through other available communication methods.

10.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the number of estimates, invoices, and payments associated with the customer’s requested or completed services.

O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC does not guarantee that any particular number of messages will be sent. Customers generally receive messages only when an applicable estimate, invoice, or payment event occurs.

10.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer’s mobile carrier and service plan. O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for charges assessed by a customer’s mobile carrier.

10.5 Opting Out

Customers may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a text message from O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC.

After a valid STOP request is received, the customer will receive a confirmation of the opt-out and will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless the customer later provides consent again.

Other supported opt-out keywords may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel scheduled services, estimates, invoices, or other contractual obligations. We may continue to communicate through telephone, email, mail, or another appropriate non-SMS method.

10.6 Help and Support

10.7 Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and cannot be guaranteed.

10.8 Privacy and Mobile Information

Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and mobile opt-in information will not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is provided specifically to O.N. Point Pressure Washing LLC and is not transferable to another person or organization.

We may disclose limited mobile information to service providers that support the technical operation and delivery of our messages. Those providers may use the information only to provide services on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10.9 Changes to the SMS Program

ON Point Pressure Washing LLC may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. Any material changes to these SMS Messaging Terms will be posted on this page.

Changes will not convert a customer’s consent to transactional messages into consent to receive marketing or promotional messages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Tarrant County, TX.
